Kellie M. Blair is a partner at Matta Blair, PLC, where she concentrates her practice in real estate, business, and commercial litigation, as well as real estate transactions. She has extensive experience representing businesses, insurers, and private clients in matters involving real estate disputes, title insurance, construction liens, contract disputes, bankruptcy litigation, insurance coverage, fraud, and general commercial litigation.  Mrs. Blair represents local, national, and international clients and is admitted to practice in all Michigan state courts, the U.S. District Courts for the Eastern and Western Districts of Michigan, and the Eastern and Western District Bankruptcy Courts of Michigan. She has successfully tried numerous bench and jury trials and has been published in Michigan Lawyers Weekly and ABA Title Insurance Litigation News. She has also been quoted in Crain’s Detroit Business regarding mortgage fraud issues in Michigan. Mrs. Blair earned her J.D. from the University of Detroit Mercy School of Law and is an active member of the State Bar of Michigan, including its Real Property and Business Law Sections.
